Q: Where are you based?

we’re based in Australia on the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland but we work with brands all over the country.

Q: Do you do packages?

we don’t do set packages — all of our projects are custom-quoted to ensure you’re only paying for what you actually need.
each project is unique and will require varying levels of pre- and post- production, as well as time in studio and licensing terms.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

all invoices are paid via bank transfer.

if you are an international client, please let me know when you enquire so i can arrange an alternate payment method and you avoid .

Q: What do you do with the products at the end of the project?

products are either returned, stored or donated at the conclusion of a project.

if you would like your products returned, i kindly ask that you include a prepaid postage label with your initial delivery as i do not cover this cost. if you are local to the Gold Coast, we can arrange a time for pick up/drop off.

product will only be stored if you plan to book again within a 2-3 month period. if you do not rebook within this time, products will be donated.

Q: How far in advance should I book my project?

ever been having a bad day and the thing that sends you over the edge is a bag/sleeve caught on a door handle? makes you want to scream into a pillow, right?

a similar notion comes into play when booking your projects.

it’s best not to leave your photography to the last minute and risk the ‘sleeve caught on the door handle’ email telling you we can’t fit you for another month or two (especially if you have a new product launching).

so as a general rule of thumb — at LEAST 2 months in advance.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

this can depend on the creative scope of your project and availability at the time, but we generally try to get galleries back to clients within 14 days.

Q: Can I combine video and photo in one project?

absolutely you can!

while we are primarily a product photography studio, clients do have the option to include short-form video or stop motion as an add-on to their projects.

this also applies for monthly retainers.
